G-Resources Group Limited (HKEx:1051) is an Asia-Pacific gold company, based and listed in Hong Kong. It has acquired the Martabe Gold and Silver Project, located in North Sumatera, Indonesia. Martabe, with a resource base of 7.86 million ounces of gold and 73.48 million ounces of silver is the company is core starter asset, around which a globally competitive, Asia-Pacific focused gold company will be built.

Martabe is targeting to commence production in the second quarter of 2012 at a rate of 250,000 ounces per annum of gold and 2-3 million ounces per annum of silver.

G-Resources Group is seeking to ultimately grow production to more than one million ounces of gold annually through exploration and development of the large and highly prospective CoW area and through acquisition of other quality gold assets. The Martabe project enjoys the strong support of the Indonesian Central, Provincial and Local Governments and the nearby communities of Batangtoru.

Currently, we are looking for young energetic and dynamic professional candidates to join our team as HR Employee Relations Superintendent (HR 0645) position below.


Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor degree in Law, Social Politic and Psychology other related field.
  • Has good understanding labour laws.
  • Knowledge of human behaviour, performance and internal consulting.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills as well as presentation skill.
  • Minimum 10 years experience in the HR focusing in Employee Relation.
  • Experience in mining company is preferred.
  • Has good leadership, interpersonal skill and teamwork minded.
  • Familiar with Indonesian labour and union laws.
  • Experience in handling disputes and industrial relations cases.
  • Implementation of Company Regulation, CLA (Company Labour Agreement), Manpower Ministry Regulation and all Labour law.
  • Socialization and counselling to every employee who want to know about the existing regulation.
  • Handle disciplinary action when employees violating rules.
  • Handle all case to PHI Court when the case of disciplinary of employees must be solved to the Third Party.
  • High attention to detail and must be able to meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work well with others and contribute to a harmonious working environment.
  • Problem solving and analytical ability.
  • High level of ethnic.
  • High computer literate, MS Windows, MS Office, intranet, internet and HRIS system.
