Currently, we are looking for young energetic and dynamic professional candidates to join our team as Financial Controller position and will be placed at Kuta - Bali.


Responsibilities:

• To ensure the integrity of the Company’s ledgers and associated systems.
• To produce regular management accounts forecasts and information monitoring the various aspects of the Company’s performance within the specified timescales.
• To analyze Income Expenditures
• To produce statutory accounts.
• To provide statutory returns for tax, VAT and other government departments.To maintain a fixed asset register.
• To assist in the production and development of the Company’s Business Plan and budgets, Financial Statements, and developing the business strategy in which include setting target and monetary performance
• To manage the Accounts Dept staff.
• To identify training needs within the department and make suitable recommendations for action.
• To seek improvements in the Company’s information systems (manual and electronic).
• To identify and evaluate areas for improvement of profit with particular regard to cost reductions and methodology.
• To Coordinate year end audits
• To ensure the Company’s Quality procedures and Health & Safety Policy are adhered to within the department.
• To develop a culture of empowerment throughout the team ensuring that all employees take responsibility for the ongoing success of the Company.
• To develop a customer focused approach to the internal client base.

Requirements:

• Male/female not more than 45 years old
• Min. Bachelor degree from a reputable university/hotel management
• Having position as Finance Controller in the current company.
• Has a least five years senior Accounting experience incorporating analysis and problem solving principled in hospitality industry
• Must be current with regulations and compliance issues
• Strong interpersonal and supervisory skills
• Initiative and possess a positive attitude towards teamworks is critical
• Computer literacy is essential
