Currently the company invite high qualified candidate to join us as "Field Service Engineer" position with detail qualification below and will be place at Jakarta.


Your tasks:

• Responsible for providing technical advice and expertise concerning bearing and service products to MRO customers in their production facilities in order to convince them of the advantages of working with the Schaeffler Group, thereby ensuring that the customers meet their demands with Schaeffler products.
• Responsible for contact to the maintenance and production departments of selected MRO customers.
• Communicate the Schaeffler Group/ FAG/ INA quality image in the market place.
• Promote and sell services and service products to the MRO customer on site.
• Promote and support sales of bearing products to the MRO customer on site

Your Profile:

• Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering with min. 3 years verifiable field experience in condition monitoring
• Strong experienced fitter with thorough Know How of and experience in bearing technology and services with strong vibration monitoring background.
• Strong communication skill at all organizational levels is essential.
• Background in process engineering and/or the reliability function within heavy industry (i.e. Pulp & Paper, Metals, Mining and Aggregates) or field service & applications engineering in the bearing industry is preferred.
• Good in English (Spoken & Written)
• Proficient in Microsoft office applications
