Currently, we are looking for young energetic and dynamic professional candidates to join our team as Executive Chef position and will be placed at Kuta - Bali.


Responsibilities:

You are responsible for overall kitchen operations, starting from selecting the procurement of food, food stuff processing until ready to serve to customer and continuously monitor the high standard in with consistency in its presentation. Planning a new menu that is better than competitors and make a standard recipe, monitor food cost and profitable sales price.
Reporting to the President Director,

Qualification for Executive Chef :

• Hold minimal diploma from tourism academy / university
• At least 4 years as a Executive Chef in a restaurant / tourism industry
• Having a wide networking with food vendors and with food production suppliers.
• Able to operate computer Min : MS Ofiice
