Currently, MarkPlus looking for young energetic and dynamic professional candidates to join our team as Circulation Manager (CM) position


Requirements:

• Male/Female max. 35 years old
• Min. Diploma 3 in any major discipline (preferably Business Administration or Economy)
• Min. 3 years experience in magazine circulation/ distribution
• Must be expert user in Excel, Access and Word
• Experience in maintaining database
• Excellent analytical, organizational, planning and solution-oriented skills
• Willing to work under pressure, individually and with the team
• Good networking, communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high demand environment
• Actively manage, coach and develop sales & circulation team to achieve optimal creativity, motivation, productivity and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible in getting, keeping, and expanding the distribution network of Marketeers Magazine
• Prepare, review and submit regular management reports describing circulation activities, performance against budget, significant changes or developments, and modifications to strategies required to achieve goals
• Collaborate with the newsstand (magazines agents) team to set and achieve single copy sales, bulk subscription orders and profit goals for respective titles.
