ASEAN (Association of Southeast Asian Nations) Secretariat is the nerve centre of ASEAN, a regional inter-governmental organisation founded in 1967, to promote peace and stability, sustained economic growth, shared prosperity and social progress.

ASEAN (Association of Southeast Asian Nations) was established by five countries initiators, that are Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore and Thailand in Bangkok by the Bangkok Declaration. The foreign minister at the time parties to the Bangkok Declaration that was Adam Malik (Indonesia), Narsisco Ramos (Philippines), Tun Abdul Razak (Malaysia), S. Rajaratnam (Singapore), and Thanat Khoman (Thailand).

Currently, the company are looking for young, energetic and dynamic professional candidates to join our team as Technical Support Assistant Information Technology Systems Division position.


Requirements

• Bachelor degree in computer science, information technology, information management systems or other fields with relevant IT experience
• A minimum of 1 years working as IT technical support or helpdesk.
• Experience in handling general IT administration such as document filing, IT inventory, IT procurement or vendor management is preferable.
• Sound knowledge of Windows, MS Office, Outlook.
• Sound knowledge of LAN, Wireless, Internet Technology, Antivirus and Anti
• Spyware.
• Customer oriented and good team player.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Sound oral and written communication skills and strong interpersonal skills, including experience in cross-cultural environment and international settings.
• Excellent command of English, written and spoken.

General Qualifications

• Computer literacy and proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office tools; 
• ability to multi-task, work long and irregular hours, and perform tasks outside the usual job scope; 
• ability to function effectively, independently and as part of a team; 
• and a willingness to travel frequently on short notice.
• Salary: salary starting from IDR 3,500,000.
