Currently, we are looking for young energetic and dynamic professional candidates to join our team as Branch Task Force position and will be placed at Jakarta.
Responsibilities:
- Optimize the management, control and monitoring of performance marketing, credit, operations, collection, remedial, and recovery in the branch as well as make improvements and increase the utilization of labor and human resources to ensure the optimal achievement of branch performance.
- Education min. Bachelor Degree
- Maximum age 35 years
- Have the experience to lead the branch by the number of employees over 50 people
- Have the leadership, communication skills, negotiation skills and good interpersonal skills
- Willing to travel to branch offices throughout Indonesia branches
- Preferably has experience revamping branch or Task Force
