PT Wicaksana Overseas International, Tbk. is commenced its distribution business by setting up PT Djangkar Djati in Medan, North Sumatra in 1964 to import consumer goods and commodity exporting goods to Singapore.

Since 1973, the distribution business has also expanded to a wider range of products include: food, drinks, powdered milk, instant noodles, personal care, cosmetics, medicine, nursing shoes, cooking oil and gas lighters.

In line with the addition of products, the Company also expanded its distribution area to the major cities in Sumatra, Java and Kalimantan. Currently, we are looking for young energetic and dynamic professional candidates to join our team as Area Sales Promotion Supervisor position and will be placed at Padang.


Responsibilities:

• Establish business cooperation with Partners Distribution (MD) and the local stockist
• Led the team to achieve targets: sales & availability following bills
• Plan, organize, and evaluate the coverage area
• Directing and motivating, and providing training to the team on a regular basis
• Analyst control and team performance and the presence of MD and regular stockist
• Control and analyze the performance of the team and the existence of periodic outlet
• Controlling operating costs, BS, Overdue, and Bad Debt
• Proposed sale of programs and make monthly reports on time

Requirements:

• Male maximum 37 years old
• Minimal Bachelor degree Communication / Management from reputable university with GPA min. 3:00
• At least 3 years experience in a similar position in FMCG company
• Proficient in computer use, especially Office 2000
• Active in the use of English both oral and written
• Managerial ability and good persuasion
• Organizing ability and good communication
• Thorough, workmanlike, have a desire to develop themselves, and able to work under pressure and the target
