Training and Development Manager
Requirements :
- To manage the organization¡¯s training provision, including identification training needs of staff through training needs analysis survey, recommendation from Head of Departments, and annual performance appraisal.
- Responsible for the efficient and effective implementation of Training and Development programs, processes and systems in order to ensure that training provided supports the aims and objectives of the organization.
- Develop, co-ordinate and maintain a suite of in-house training courses, workshop to be delivered on a rolling programme including induction process for new staff. ?
- Carry out course evaluation and analysis to generate information useful where necessary to ensure high quality service provision and continuous improvement of employee development initiatives.
- Monitor and maintain the training budget including HRDF budget.
- With 3 years related working experience.
- Possess minimum degree qualification.
- Able to work independently and able to communicate all level
