The Company based in Jakarta and as a subsidiary company of Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX). Training & Development Staff

Work Location: Jakarta Raya

Responsibilities:

• Providing support for the formulation and implementation of company programs, policies, guidelines and practices in organization development to increase organization efficiency.
• Planning, organizing and implementing of HR programs, including training & development, communication program and other HR functions in order to increase employee productivity.
• Conducting need assessments and related due diligence work to develop Human Resources Information System

Requirements:

• Min. Bachelors Degree from state universities from any major;
• Fresh graduate with min. GPA: 3 (scale : 4.00);
• Good written and spoken in English;
• Personal skills:
• Analytical thinking and high achievement
• Good team work and continuous learning
• Good communication & interpersonal skill
• Self Starter
