The International Banking Corporation withdrew from Indonesia in the late 1920s, but Citibank reopened in Jakarta in 1968.

Description
- To manage and coordinate with process owner in order to provide timely business vital few reporting
- Country and internal vital few result analysis and reporting
- To manage and analyze country PIR and IHT database in order to provide business the information regarding problem trend, volume and resolution cycle time.
- Provide report/data and work together with process owner on the new issue related to PIR and IHT in order to achieve the target sets by the business / Regional Office
- Provide weekly and monthly report PIR and IHT to process owners and management
- Good analysis / analytical skills
