IT Service Manager ( BCP)

Responsibilities:

• Service Management in deployment of Client's service and products (Network, SI, etc).
• Tier 2 Engineering work in deployment of network services (e.g IP-VPN, IPLC).
• Ensure client’s service and products being effectively provided to customer after the implementation completed until the service period expired.
• Ensure valid service and products being provided to customer.
• Attend assigned customers’ meeting and contribute customer’s satisfaction to improve client’s service quality.
• Provide contact point to customer to communicate with client and relevant parties.
• Manage helpdesk ticket and incident report in case the problem occurred in client’s service and products.
• Receipt escalation about client’s network service from Tier 1 support team and escalate it to relevant parties or Tier 3/4 after the investigation.
• Contribute client’s service quality improvement through the activities.
• Take the leadership of service manager team through the activities.

Requirements

• Diploma in Computer Science, Telecommunication or IT related field.
• Have relevant experience working in Telecommunication / IT company or Laboratory.
• Experience in handling Business Continuity Planning and Premium Customers
• Preference for those with Network and/or Server knowledge (CCNA, MSCA, etc).
• Good communication skills and self motivated.
• Have customer oriented views.
• Japanese speaking skills are added advantage.
