Responsibilities:
- Service Management in deployment of Client's service and products (Network, SI, etc).
- Tier 2 Engineering work in deployment of network services (e.g IP-VPN, IPLC).
- Ensure client’s service and products being effectively provided to customer after the implementation completed until the service period expired.
- Ensure valid service and products being provided to customer.
- Attend assigned customers’ meeting and contribute customer’s satisfaction to improve client’s service quality.
- Provide contact point to customer to communicate with client and relevant parties.
- Manage helpdesk ticket and incident report in case the problem occurred in client’s service and products.
- Receipt escalation about client’s network service from Tier 1 support team and escalate it to relevant parties or Tier 3/4 after the investigation.
- Contribute client’s service quality improvement through the activities.
- Take the leadership of service manager team through the activities.
- Diploma in Computer Science, Telecommunication or IT related field.
- Have relevant experience working in Telecommunication / IT company or Laboratory.
- Experience in handling Business Continuity Planning and Premium Customers
- Preference for those with Network and/or Server knowledge (CCNA, MSCA, etc).
- Good communication skills and self motivated.
- Have customer oriented views.
- Japanese speaking skills are added advantage.
