Key responsibilities will include:
- Perform situational assessments and development of action plans for building crisis events
- Liaise with other internal stakeholders to prepare and analyze damage assessments
- Conduct surveys to determine the types of emergency-related needs to be addressed in crisis planning
- Design and administer crisis preparation training courses to respond effectively to major crisis
- Inspect strategies and programs to determine operational and functional capabilities in critical situations
- Keep abreast of activities that could affect the likelihood of crisis
- Administer the crisis management procedures, contingency plan and guidelines
- Lead a cross-functional team in the development of policies, processes and procedures crisis management
- Periodically report to project management officer
- Bachelor’s degree (min.) in related field
- Five years’ experience (min.) risk assessment/management, insurance industry is preferred
- Experience in business process re-engineering
- Proven track record in crisis management
- Project management and processing skills mandatory
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- High-level of drive, energy and personal commitment to success
- Attention to detail and strategic thinking
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
