Requirements:
- Male, age min. 35 years old
- Candidate must possess a Master Degree in Finance / Business Studies / Management or should be certified CA, ICWA, CFA
- Having experiences for 10+ years with a top tier investment bank or leading private equity / venture capital institution or brokerage firm at least 3 years experience in a senior role
- Should be able to protect and enhance stakeholder interest
- Experience in managing profit center independently would be ideal
- Solid understanding of the economy, business landscape, and political situation in Indonesia
- Fluent in English both oral and written
- Proficiency in MS Office & internet application
- A quick learner with strong interpersonal skills and ability of project development and investment analysis
- Conscientious with strong sense of responsibility and keen sense of business; ability to independently conduct business analysis and project management
- Self-motivated and able to develop investment, business investigation and trading skills quickly
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written; excellent diplomatic and negotiation skills to do the job
- Have extensive network of money market traders, banks and investment houses
- A team player who can work under pressure
- Leadership ability, problem-solving, and conflict management
- Ability to develop, manage, and supervise team and a large staff of middle management and support staff
- Experience in developing and implementing business strategies
- Thorough knowledge of company history, culture, identity, and goals
- Ability to work well with all levels of management, executive leadership and support staff
- Maintain and control marketing dept. to generate/establish new client, provide ideas, follow up on potential client, and monitor performances
- Coordinate business operations and develop business strategies, also assist in discovering potential industry opportunities and searching for good investment project
- Act as a deal leader on both current and new projects, including, leading negotiations, forming a valuation view, and controlling the execution of a deal
- Analyze target investment project and the relevant industry to formulate valuation model
- Pay continuous attention to investee companies, indicating quitting time and conducting decline related work
- Maintain and control customers portfolios
- Use a strong business acumen to provide input into internal discussions on separate projects
- Responsible for overall management and performance
- Work as a leader in the corporation to ensure the team performs their duties and responsibilities as assigned
- Nurture and maintain excellent working relationships with clients and investment managers
- Oversee the work for fund management, securities and bonds management
- Study the reports on the status of earning of securities, commodities investments and other investment instruments
- Conduct a comprehensive market research and set goals for an entire department or division based on the company's plans
- Recommend adjustment to maximize the efficient use of marketing resources
- Assisting in finance department, budgeting, budgeting, client accounting, finance staff management
- Providing the proper and regular reports to the finance committee or executives or the senior authorities
