In its journey, the company has been a pioneer in technology-based services including the network usage for ATM Bersama (Automatic Teller Machine Network under PT. Artajasa Pembayaran Elektronis management), where customers of different banks could share this service from an ATM terminal of a bank which is the member of ATM Bersama. Job Description:
- Responsible for the activities of after sales customer services VAS (complaint handling, quality control end to end handling of complaints) and maintaining good relations with customer for enhance better business cooperation.
- Master at least two languages (English and Indonesia) in writing and orally.
- presentation skills
- Ability to work in a state of "under pressure"
- Able to work together in a team
- Able to communicate well.
- Computer literate (Windows, MS Office applications)
- Have good analytical skills.
- Friendly and have high empathy.
- Willing to work on public holidays and shift time (if necessary).
- Understand the concept of OSI layer and ICT
- Education min D3 majoring in Telecommunications, Electrical, Tech. Information and Industrial Engineering
- GPA of at least 2.9
- Maximum age 30 years
- Willing to be placed throughout the Greater Jakarta area (the location of the customer / partner).
