PT Berau Coal one of the largest and fast growing coal mining companies running our operation in Berau, East Kalimantan.

The coal deposit are exponentially mined using conventional open pit-mining methods utilizing trucks, excavators, loaders and bulldozers for both overburden removal and coal mining methods and are transported by barge from all three coal loading terminals to the transshipment location.

PT Berau Coal is looking for young energetic and dynamic professional candidates to join our team as Tender Officer position and will be placed at East Kalimantan - Berau.

Roles:

• Managing the process of tender to provide supporting material for company operation

Responsibilities:

• Inviting prospective contractors to be tender participants
• Proceeding documents of the tender participant to the corporate legal department for being assessed
• Proceeding participant’s technical bid documents to department in charge for being assessed
• Conducting negotiation with prospective contractors to get the best service with the best price
• Making recommendations/proposals to obtain the approval of the Procurement Executive Board of Directors for implementation of procurement
• Proceeding documents that have been approved to the Department in Charge for the document set forth in Contract / Agreement.
• Validating the suitability of the contents of the Contract / Agreement made ​​by the Department in Charge with the contents of the P3BJ Agreement
