Superintendent Internal Control Job Meares Soputan Mining

PT Meares Soputan Mining (MSM) and PT Tambang Tondano Nusajaya (TTN), held by Archipelago Resources, Plc, which previously took over ownership of PT. PT MSM and TTN in 2002, from Aurora Gold, and actively conduct various studies to look at the possibility of Toka Tindung project development to production stage. This study included technical studies, project economics, and banking study for funding.

PT Meares Soputan Mining (MSM) dan PT Tambang Tondano Nusajaya (TTN) mencakup doa Metropolitan Land Afiliasi Karya (KK), yaitu Metropolitan Land Afiliasi Karya PT MSM, 95% dimiliki Oleh AR Pte Ltd dan 5% Oleh PT Archi Indonesia, Dan Metropolitan Land Afiliasi Karya PT TTN , 95% dimiliki Oleh AR Pte Ltd dan 5% Oleh PT Archi Indonesia. Mayoritas saham Archipelago Resources, Plc, Yang diselenggarakan Oleh Rajawali Corpora (51,1%).

Currently the company invite high qualified candidate to join us as Superintendent Internal Control position with detail qualification below.

Responsibilities:

• This position directly report to chief Operating Officer with a strong working relationship with the Commercial Manager. To plan organise and carry out the internal audit function including the preparation of an audit plan.
• To report to both the audit committee and management on the programmes and activities of the audit.
• To coordinate coverage with the external auditors and ensure that each party is not only aware of the other s work but also well briefed on areas of concern. To make recommendations on the system and procedures being reviewed, report on the findings and recommendations and monitor management s response and implementation.

Qualifiction:

• Graduated Bachelor Degree – Economics (Accounting or Management)
• Having minimum 8 – 10 years experiences in auditing
• A Thorough knowledge of audit procedures, including planning, techniques, test and sampling methods involved in conducting audits.
• An ability to gather, analyse and evaluate facts and to prepare and present concise oral and written report.
• Excellent understanding of internal controls and risk, accounting standards, Indonesia tax laws and mining business.
• Good English language skill and Computer skill.
