Rukindo established in the 60's, dredging activities conducted by the Office of Government Agencies Dredging under the Directorate General of Sea Communications. Then in 1964, the Office of Dredging turned into part of the PN Port Agency Port Concession / Administrator Port (BPP / adpel).

Rukindo on 30 April 1983, all under the Dredging Division BPP merged / changed status to PERUM dredging that built it under the Department of Transportation.

General Requirements:

• Minimal Bachelor Degree or Diploma minimum of PTN / PTS that has been accredited A / B or from universities
• Higher State which has received approval from the RI KEMENDIKBUD.
• Citizens, physically and mentally healthy.
• Age not more than 28 years
• Minimum GPA 3.00 (scale 4) or a minimum GPA of 2.75 (scale 4)
• Have the ability to speak English well.
• Able to use computer (Microsoft Office) and internet (browsing and
