PT Eratex Djaja Tbk was established in Indonesia in 1972 initially as a joint-venture textile operation between two prominent Hong kong textile consortiums and an Indonesia partner. Garment Division was created in the 80's as part of a vertical integration plan.

Eratex Djaja went public and listed in the Jakarta Stock Exchange since 1990. With over 30 years of supplying quality textile product to our customers, we have evolved to be a major supplier to the middle-high price point customers in the local and international markets. Our major production facility as Garment manufacturing is located in probolinggo, 100 km from Surabaya, with a built-up area of 5000 m2 on a 17 hectares (170,000 Sq meter) site with a work force of over 4,500 employees.

Currently, the company are looking for young, energetic and dynamic professional candidates to join our team as Legal Staff position.


Requirements:

• Bachelor degree from reputable university with major preferably in Indonesian Corporate Law.
• Experience as Legal Staff minimal 2 years.
• Mastery of Indonesian corporate law and go-public rules and issues.
• Able to give legal opinion to support company action and able to draft legal documents
• Good knowledge and experience in securing company business licenses with relevant government agencies.
• Problem solver and excellent ability as team player.
• Willing to travel when required.
• Computer literacy and Fluent in English is a must.
• Quick learner and able to work independently as well as with team
• Able to prioritize the work for meeting the target date dates
• Good interpersonal skills ( diligent, honest, self-motivated, reliable and loyal )
