Responsibilities:

• Engage with business representatives and Campaign Leads to establish the advertising briefing to support the communications strategy
• The occupant of this position uses his/her brand communications expertise to coordinate the integration of the different internal and external communication partners and stakeholders to achieve world class communications.
• Day to day management of ATL asset development, liaising with creative and media agencies
• Identify and validate with business leads appropriate proof points in line with the Advertising Strategy
• To develop a deep understanding of our target audience and communicate the findings to key stakeholders for application on their own activities
• Monitor Advertising research process, pre-test and KPI’s
• Promote Integrated Communication Planning working with key communication partners from Big ideas to execution
• Ensuring legal compliance and advertising standards are met
• Ensure implementation of advertising strategy across all the touchpoints of the corporate campaign

Requirements:

• Significant proven experience in a similar role within a global/regional/local advertising, brand management and/ or marketing role
• Proven extensive experience in managing creative/media/research agencies
• Prior experience in Advertising Agency a plus
• Demonstrates leadership ability, diplomacy, interpersonal and influencing skills at all levels and across cultures and geographies
• Experience of managing delivery of tasks across different time zones and cultures
• Ability to work as part of an often virtual, extended, multi-cultural team
• Oral and written communication of the highest standard
• Coaching and proven leading teams experience
• Ability to think strategically and translate business objectives into multi channel strategies and plans
• Ability to secure the trust of senior leaders and team members, credible influencer
• Self-starter showing high degree of personal initiative, drive, and desire to come up with new business targeted creative solutions
• Proven skills to deliver under time pressure
• Strong and proven English writing skills, other languages desired
