PT. Borneo Alam Semesta (PT BAS) company that is engaged in coal mining contractors in the rapidly growing, with a work area in South Kalimantan and East Kalimantan. As a growing company, Management PT BAS requires the existence of a reliable information system for planning and operation of the resources owned by PT BAS.

After a comprehensive evaluation process, management finally decided to implement PT Bornea Alam Semesta Mincom Ellipse Application version 6.3 which is the latest version of Mincom Ellipse and PT EMS Paramitra, as an authorized business partner of Mincom in Indonesia, given the trust by PT BAS to implement Mincom Ellipse version 6.3. Modules that will be implemented in an integrated online system is almost all module includes four functional stream Ellipse is Material Management, Operation & Maintenance, Finance and Human Resources.

Currently, we are looking for young energetic and dynamic proffesional candidates to join our team as Business Analyst (BA) position and will be placed at Jakarta.


Requirements:

• Bachelor degree IT
• Strong background in computer programming and technical knowledge
• Having minimum 3 years experience as business analyst
• Understanding business process management and business requirements of the organization and translating them to specific software requirements.
• Very strong technical skills coupled with business intelligence and a deep understanding of organization needs so that they can be transformed into application and operational requirements.
• Having communication & negotiation skill
• Good analytical, problem solving and decision making skill
