Contracts Manager (5392)

Reporting to the Director of Contracts and Quantity Surveying, the incumbent will be responsible for:

• monitoring the consultant QS and support the site QS team on various QS matters for new hotel and/or renovation projects
• compiling regular reports to the top management

Requirements:

• Degree in Quantity Surveying with RICS/HKIS professional qualifications
• Min. 12 years of relevant experience, preferably in hotel or similar deluxe developments
• Working experience in developer firms and/or consultancy firms is an advantage
• Strong contractual knowledge and drafting skill
• Able to work independently
• Self-motivated and organized
• Good presentation skill
• Experience in supervisory role
• Excellent negotiation and communication and inter-personal skills
• Fluent written and spoken English and Mandarin
• Willing to travel frequently
