- This position delivers technical services and supervision in relation to mine design and engineering activities for designated project outcomes, including technical integrity and internal quality control.
- The key responsibilities for this position include; reverse estimation and reporting, due diligence studies, scoping/pre-feasibility and feasibility studies and technical audits.
- This position will be placed in Brisbane, Australia.

Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mining), a Master’s Degree would be an advantage.
- Candidate has participated in declaring and signing off of ore reserves.
- Highly proficient in mine design, planning and scheduling.
- Skilled in broad range of mining software tools.
- Candidate should be familiar with the various international reporting standards (JORC Code, NI43-101, SAMREC etc).
- Experienced in significant practical background, such as Open pit and underground coal (including operations and technical services), Technical report writing and Ore Reserve estimation and reporting.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Demonstrates high level of initiative, problem solving and organizational agility and able to meet reporting deadlines.
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Willing to travel.
- Excellent level of English (written and spoken).
- Salary is negotiable.
