DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Review market salary trend and carry out benchmarking exercise
- Conduct C&B survey for Asia Pacific Region
- Implement various C&B projects such as annual merit and bonus review exercise, insurance benefits review, etc
- Handle C&B administration tasks including HR policies review, HRIS data maintenance, salary reporting and headcount report
- Review existing compensation and benefits polices and develop changes and updates regularly
- Review incentives and bonus schemes and benefit programs
- Assist in the expatriate remuneration and benefits arrangement
- Assist in any HR ad hoc projects
- University Degree holder
- Minimum 5 years of relevant compensation and benefits experience, preferably with either consulting or corporate HR experience
- Knowledge with salary administration and other incentive practice
- Attention to details & good analytical thinking
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- Excellent overall communication skills- written/ oral and presentation skills
