Astra Buana Insurance current job opening for position as:

CLAIM COORDINATOR

Responsibilities:

• You will be coordinating in our 4Wheeler Insurance Garda Oto Claim Department, make the decision or recommendation deal with the claim process (accept or reject the claim proposal), and handle the claim process with high speed and accuracy to get the maximized underwriting result and customer satisfaction.

Requirements :

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any field
• Proven leadership skills
• Strong analytical experience in performance based, action and results oriented setting
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and multi-tasking environment
• Demonstrates ability to work independently and in a team
• Excellent command in English (oral and written)
