Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 15 years of working experience in heavy civil construction project.
• Experienced in construction management (especially making road).
• Familiar with MS Project.
• Computer literate.
• Good command of English (written and spoken)
