Banquet Manager (2983)

DUTIES

• The Banquet Manager assists the Director of Banquet Operations in the administration/operation and the maintenance of high quality standards in the Banquet Section.

REQUIREMENTS

• At least a Diploma in Hospitality Management or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Banquet Manager in a 5-star hotel
• Strong organizational, leadership and interpersonal skills
• Willing to work long hours and on weekends
