DUTIES

• To maintain a high standard of all food preparation and service in the kitchen, according to the standards required by the Hotel.

REQUIREMENTS

• A Diploma in Culinary Arts or equivalent qualification/apprenticeship
• At least 2 years of experience in an international hotel
• Has initiative and creativity
