Events (Sales) Manager (6990)

DUTIES

• The Events Manager or Executive is responsible for the successful handling of catering events and groups involving more than 10 rooms.
• Under the general guidance and supervision of the Director of Events Management, Assistant Director of Events Management or Senior Events Manager, he/she maximizes business opportunities and ensures effective communication with clients, as well as efficient co-ordination among internal departments.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of 3 years experience in the same capacity in a deluxe hotel
• Preferably with strong background in Events Management operations.
• Fluent in oral and written English.
• Computer literate.
• Must be customer-oriented, creative and with an eye for details.
• Flexible.
