The Role:

• Accountable for supervising, organising and co-ordinating the multi-discipline engineering design and support activities to meet the requirements of the Company FM contract.
• Ensure that the multi-discipline teams are adequately resourced to meet the business needs.
• Review and agree the discipline teams CTR's, estimates and project schedules.
• Ensure that all design changes are captured by the change control process.
• Interface regularly with peers i.e. Engineering Managers and Chief Engineers.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:

• A Business or Engineering Degree is preferable and Chartered membership of a recognised engineering institution is desirable.
• Current survival & medical certification is required for offshore travel.
• Experience as an Engineering Manager or Senior Project Engineer, managing projects within a Brownfield environment, as well as a being a highly competent engineer.
