Assistant Chief Steward (7803)

Job Duties

• The candidate will be responsible for the effective and efficient operation of the Stewarding Department including supervision of cleaning processes, stock control and maintenance of health, safety and hygiene in all F&B areas.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years experience in the same position in an international hotel
• Excellent command of spoken and written English
• Strong leadership skills, excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills
• Highly motivated and possess team motivation skills
• Well organised, meticulous, eye for detail and cooperative
• Knowledge in standard PC software
