Infrastructure Superintendent
(Kalimantan Timur)

Manage all matters related to infrastructure projects and to ensure all safety and projects targets are met.

Requirements:

• Min. Bachelor degree in Engineering
• Min. 6 years’ experience in project infrastructure works preferably in a mining environment
• Work extended hours to meet deadlines
• Have skill and experience in camp, workshop, fuel storage and office construction
• Have capability to provide technical guidance to project planning team and management

Responsibilities:

• Minimise exposure to personnel and the environment by identifying hazards and risks during the operation phase of the work packages and implement all safety procedures, rules and statutory regulations in accordance with the Safety Management Plan.
• Provides technical assistance and consults with ENC department on matters pertaining to all project infrastructure maintenance; supervise and oversee compliance with standards.
• Manage, administer and develop infrastructure budgets.
• Deliver project management of infrastructure projects and related services, including but not limited to the following:

Camps
Offices
Workshops
Plumbing / Sewage
RO and potable water plant
Electrical
Fuel Storage
In pit Service Centers
General roads maintenance (excluding haul roads)
Other site buildings .

• Coordinate external subcontractors related to project infrastructure.
• Direct, review and analyse infrastructure specifications, designs and documents to ensure the requirements are defined and incorporated into the works.
• Review proposals and designs based on operational needs and give recommendation in all maters related to project infrastructure.
• Monitoring and review project infrastructure progress, control and maintain cost as per budgeted and assist the Project Manager in accurately forecasting cost and resources to ensure project margin’s meet with the plan. Provide a weekly and monthly costing report to Mining Manager.
