Condition Monitoring Analyst
To optimize major component lives by conducting Condition Monitoring initiatives ; provide recomendations & reports based on fluid /magnetic plugs/filter cut analysis; contaminatyion control & housekeeping management to ensure quality of maintennace & safety in work locations; educate maintenance workforce with Equipment Health knowledge and practices.
Requirements:
- Work Flexible hours to accommodate job requirements
- Min. 3 years experience in mining industry & equipmen health initiativest
- Min. Diploma degree, preferably in engineering (D3 or polytechnic)
- Posssess good knowledge of fluid analysis methods (for oil, fuel, coolant).
- Possess broad knowledge inheavy equipment maintenace management.
- Very good knowledge in maintenance software
- Excellent in computer literature
- Very good in reporting management
- Responsibilities:
- Assisst Maintenance Superintendent with fluid/magnetic plugs/filter cut analysis & recomendation to optimize major component lives.
- Ensure the quality of Hydrocarbon storages, services truck filtration, PM Bay filtration
- Assisst Maintenance /services supervisor in backlog provision based on condition monitoring analysis findings.
- Maintain and conrtrol machine data collection for historical review and analysis.
- Prepare and submit periodical equipment health report for management review & maintennace action plan.
- Educate maintenance workforce eith equipment health knowledge & practices.
- Maintain and implementing HSE programs including Environmental Management System to ensure the effectiveness of the programs conform to official standard and Requirements.
