PT Leighton Contractors Indonesia, is a division of Leighton Asia mainly specializing in contract mining, civil engineering and infrastructure, including site preparation, earthworks, roads, bridges, pipelines, buildings and tunnels. Leighton Contractors Indonesia expects to start a project in Batam in May /June 2012. Our scope of work will be to construct a large manufacturing warehouse plus a number of utility buildings, canteen and guard houses. Our work also includes all architectural, civil, structure and M&E work.

Duties and responsibilities:

• To provide clerical and administrative assistance to the Commercial Department, including incoming and outgoing correspondence and administrative data.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in any field
• At least 2 years experience as secretary or other related field
• Good in English speaking and written
• Basic knowledge of MS Office
• Preferably Batam residence
