PT Leighton Contractors Indonesia, is a division of Leighton Asia mainly specializing in contract mining, civil engineering and infrastructure, including site preparation, earthworks, roads, bridges, pipelines, buildings and tunnels. Leighton Contractors Indonesia expects to start a project in Batam in May /June 2012. Our scope of work will be to construct a large manufacturing warehouse plus a number of utility buildings, canteen and guard houses. Our work also includes all architectural, civil, structure and M&E work.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Responsible to administer the contractual and commercial requirements and obligation of the Company and subcontractors
• Provide input and support to the project team with the objective of minimizing cost and maximazing financial recovery.

Requirements:

• Degree in Quantity Survey or equivalent
• Min 5 years experience in the same role, preferably in construction industry ;
• must have experience in quantity surveying, cost management and construction.
• Good knowledge of design drawings and MS Office.
• Preferably Batam residence
