We are currently taking applicants for the following position:
Senior Geologist
This position will be primarily focused on providing geological analysis for mining activities; providing mine planning and production personnel with data on the geological conditions predicted for mining; ensuring maximum coal recovery in the most cost effectively and safe manner; and, communicate geological issues to the team.
Applicants should have a degree in Geological Engineering with minimum of 5 years experience as Pit Geologist in Mining operations. Good knowledge in mining principles, mining design concepts & operations, heavy machinery operations practices, Mincom or similar packages.
