Faber-Castell is one of the oldest manufacturer of writing instruments in the world, founded in 1761 in Stein, Germany. Starting from a pencil factory which was founded in Nuremberg by Kaspar Faber, near Stein, Germany and currently the company has entered the Faber-Castell generation - 8, led by Count Anton Wolfgang von Faber-Castell.

Faber-Castell International Indonesia is currently hiring for positions as:

Sales Promotion Representative (SPR)
Work Location: Semarang, Kupang/Sulawesi Selatan, Lampung, Kalimantan, Manado, Makassar

Responsibilities:

• In cooperation with the Exclusive Distributor of the Distributor and Sales to achieve sales targets and promotions that have been set for the territory.
• Together with the Distributor formulating regional development strategies, and send the Minutes of the meeting to the central office.
• Establish cooperation with other companies who are not competitors to hold a promotional event in their area.
• Establish cooperation with Educational Institutions, Schools, Local Education Agency.
• To monitor the performance of the team.
• Doing training for distributor salesmen, SPG or employee outlet Doing joint call along with the salesman from Distributor
• Fully responsible for the implementation of promotional events
• Make an offer Faber-Castell products directly to schools and institutions.
• Make daily SPR Activities Report

Requirements:

• Male
• Maximum age 30 years
• Min high school education
• Have SIM C
• Min 1 year experience in the field of sales
• Min 1 year experience in the field of Promotion
• Having your own vehicle
• Open to graduate Diploma and Bachelor Degree
• Willing to follow training for 6 months (JABOTABEK region)
• Willing to be placed outside Java (Lampung, Borneo, Manado, Makassar)
• Compensation & Benefit (wages, commission, annual bonus, THR, JAMSOSTEK, health insurance, Tunj. Outpatients, Tunj. Kost)
