Sales Manager Industrial Smart Agrobusiness

SMART Agribusiness is one of the largest publicly listed, integrated palm-based consumer companies in Indonesia. Besides cultivating approximately 138,100 hectares of palm plantations, SMART also distributes, markets and exports consumer palm-based products such as cooking oil, margarine, shortening and specialty fats.

Sales Manager - Industrial

Responsibilities:

• Leads the Sales Territory Representatives and Specialists, inclusive of managing performance, coaching, mentoring and career development.
• Responsible for the Area?s forecasting and sales tracking.
• Evaluate market trends and gather competitive information, identify trends that effect current and future growth of Area sales and profitability. Disseminate information to regional sales representatives, corporate marketing and sales operations.

Requirements:

• Male 35 years old
• Bachelor degree
• 5 years of sales experiences
• Based in Jawa Barat (Bandung) and familiar with West Java area mapping
• Proven leadership skills.
• Working knowledge of FMCG or Distribution Company.
• Demonstrated record of achievement in a prior sales position.
• Strong negotiating skills. Prior attendance at formal sales training courses
