Description
Responsibilities include responding to inquiries, taking reservations and guest preferences; acts as a telephone operator.

Job Requirements:

• Graduate of BS HRM or related course
• Experience in Front Office operations - Reception, Reservations or Cashiering, an advantage
• Knowledge in Opera/ Fidelio is an advantage
• Excellent English communication skills
• Ability to speak the Japanese language is a plus
• Very pleasing personality with a service mindset
• Team player
