We are currently taking applicants for the following position:

Project Manager - Toll Roads

The scope of your role will include but not be limited to :

• Lead the Civil Project Team in delivering agreed profits and return on investment
• Develop & maintain a good working relationship with end User, and Toll Co and bring all commercial matters to a timely conclusion, which enhances the project profitability
• Create an empowered and challenging site team culture that delivers outstanding performance in HSE&Q and achieves successful business performance.
• Co-ordinate staff to work safely, productively, efficiently and effectively as an integrated team.
• Lead, demonstrate and educate the team to embrace a work environment free of discrimination, where everyone is treated with respect.
• Provide leadership to employees through proactive management of industrial relation issues.
• Provide feedback and lessons learned to the follow on Toll Road teams.
• Demonstrate an approach to safety, health and environment that reflects the importance that the Toll Co's place on these values.

As the successful candidate, we will require of you :

• Degree in Civil Engineering (preferred) or possibly Project Management
• 20 years+ working exposure to construction
• 15 years+ as a manager or leader of people in the civil construction area
• Experience in leading a large civil construction site team
• Cultural sensitivity with an understanding of issues relevant to large scale civil projects within developing countries
• Extensive experience in civil planning, scheduling, project management, estimating, budgeting and client relations
• Analytical and understanding of contractual obligations and their impact on profitability
