Management Trainee (MT)

The GSKCH Management Trainee Programme is widely recognized as an industry best practice. It begins with an Induction programme where the eager and enthusiastic, if somewhat apprehensive, batch of fresh entrants is introduced to the senior management team.This is followed by informal discussions with company leaders.

Requirements:

• Graduates from reputable university with min GPA 3.00
• Max 27 years old
• Excellent communication in both Indonesian and English (written and spoken)
• Computer literate
• Willing to be placed and relocated anywhere in Indonesia
• Contracted for 2 years
