Bumitama Gunajaya Agro Group (BGA) is a group of agribusiness companies which engaged in oil palm plantations and mills. As one of the Harita Group's core business divisions, BGA was initially formed from the acquisition of PT Karya Makmur Bahagia (KMB) in 1997. Harita structured its palm oil holding in 2004 to form the BGA Group so now all of its holding under the management of BGA.

Human Capital Officer

Qualification:

• Age <= 35
• GPA: 2.75 min
• All the majors, preferably Bachelor degree in Communications, Law, Psychology, Human Resource Management
• Having experience min. 2 years in the field of kepersonaliaan
• Mastering Ms. Office
• Able to work under pressure
