Finance Graduate Programme 2012 British Airways

Finance sits at the heart of the organisation, impacting every other department and helping us deliver our strategy and vision. The BA Finance Graduate Programme is designed to equip people like you with a complete range of financial and management capabilities. It aims to turn talented graduates into the senior finance leaders of the future.

The speed at which our business moves means our needs can change from year to year. That means you need to be intelligent and have the enthusiasm, drive and flexibility to learn about our business so you can adapt to change as challenges arise.

Over three years your placements will be matched to your development needs, giving you the opportunity to maximise your potential and develop your skills and capabilities to the full. In areas as varied as internal audit, treasury, financial accounting and financial control, all your placements will be real jobs with real responsibility and accountability, and you’ll be making decisions from the word go. You’ll be supported by a placement line manager as well as a mentor in the senior management community who will guide you throughout your programme and beyond. A programme manager will oversee your development.

With an impressive range of training resources to draw on, you will develop a wide range of skills such as leadership, team building, presentation and negotiation. You will also have an excellent study package to support you while you gain your professional CIMA, ACA (ICAEW) or ACCA qualifications.
