DUTIES
- The Business Development Manager handles all local group business except tour groups and air crew, with or without catering requirements with 10 or more guestrooms.
- Under the general guidance and supervision of the Director of Sales in coordination with the Vice President-Sales & Marketing, implements all sales activities as outlined in the marketing plan and maximizes business opportunities in his / her specific area of responsibility.
- Minimum of 3 years in a deluxe hotel in the same capacity
- Preferably with strong background in Sales or Events Management operations.
- Good negotiation skills.
- Fluent in oral and written English.
- Computer literate.
- Must be guest-oriented, creative and with an eye for details.
- Flexible.
