We are seeking an Applications Support Analyst to join our Consulting and Applications Team based in Brisbane.
WHAT DO WE WANT FROM YOU?
You will be providing Level 3 Support for a major client, supporting a critical system upgrade. A base technical knowledge is required as along with telephone and email support, you will also assist in the installation of new releases.
This role involves the identification and diagnosis of problems but as all escalations are reported to the software manufacturer, no actual coding is required. You will also provide preventative maintenance solutions to the Service Delivery Manager.
You will have experience working in a similar role, and be available to work a 24/7 roster, sharing the on-call with other Support Analysts. This means you will be on-call 24/7, once every three weeks.
You will have demonstrated experience in the following technical areas:
