Team Leader of Business Development Unit

Main Responsibilities:

• Lead, maintain and oversee the Business Development Unit to achieve the target of WNT (new CIF)
• Have a strategy to lead and develop a team of Assistant Personal Banker in accordance with the mission and goals towards growth and target achievement
• Monitor and evaluate the implementation of assessment Assistant Personal Banker, reciprocity, coaching, planning and career development and performance based on the award has been given, to ensure understanding and career development of employees who carried out according to standard bank services
• Supervise the activities of the branch and branch performance reports periodically

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree from reputable university
• Having experience in sales, preferably if from the banking
• Traffic has a strong sales and target oriented
• Kepeminpinan properties
• Have interpersonal skills and strong communication
• Proficient in Indonesian and English both oral and written
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office (words, power point, excel)
