Assistant Manager, Asset & Liability Management

Main Responsibilities:

• To monitor changes in the position of the daily rates and provide high-level impact analysis if no significant changes in assets and liabilities, such as loans, securities, capital injections, deposit behavior, etc..
• To assist the Head of ALM in preparing the package of assets and liabilities committee (ALCO), which identifies key balance sheet risks / opportunities, recommend strategies to optimize the position of the gap in interest rates including the calculation of risk parameters.
• To assist Head of ALM in developing the proposed investment / strategy to improve outcomes
• To assist Head of ALM in conducting a review of the assumptions used to model interest rate report
• To assist in the application of Asset & Liability Management

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree majoring Finance / Accounting / Economics / Engineering or a certificate of CFA level 1 is the more
• Having 2 years experience in Banking / Corporate Finance / Capital Market
• Have knowledge in regulatory BASEL
• Having a good knowledge of bank products, derivative instruments and capital market instruments such as fixed income investments and the income is not fixed
• Proficient in numbers and numeracy
• Quickly adapt and stand out in comparison with others, able to influence, motivate and encourage the team to achieve organizational goals effectively
• Enthusiastic, passionate, and proactive approach to working in a fast and detail oriented with minimal supervision.
• Communication skills both oral and written and ability to express ideas concisely and accurately
• Proficient in excel spreadsheet and the Excel-VBA is more value
• Have high integrity and focus on risk.
• Proficient in English both oral and written
