Senior Project Manager

Senior Project Manager will be part of the division "Project Process Center of Excellence" (PPCE). The division is responsible for implementing and managing all projects (both IT-related projects as well as non-IT project) and is central to the implementation of the project, process and change management within the bank

Main Responsibilities:

• Create and lead the program / project is to translate the results of business analysis and planning of a program / project, from start to completion of the project (in accordance with the Commonwealth Bank PMLC)
• Leading a team of program / project in implementing the program / project related to scheduling, budgeting and goal achievement
• Defining the boundaries / scope of the program / project, goals and support business objectives by working with senior management and shareholders
• Assess and perform risk management throughout the project cycle and make necessary adjustments
• Overseeing the implementation of project activities
• Develop and deliver progress status to the committee
• Ensure that the structure of the business and organizational changes required have been identified and oversee the preparation of the change

Requirements:

• Minimum education Bachelor from various majors, preferably from the IT department or Binsis. S2 MBA or finance / banking is a plus
• Have at least 10 years of experience in program / project management (at least 8 years as a project manager)
• Have experience in running a large application or implementing business process changes
• Have experience in project teams and / or departments with a number of 20 people
• Having a general knowledge of the banking industry, products, clients, sector trends
• Having experience at the level of Senior Executives
• Have experience in different environments. Ideally in a business career in banking (retail, SME and / or Corporate Banking) or consultant
• Proficient in running the computer such as Microsoft Office (especially Excel or Word)
• Have good English language skills, oral and written
