Branch Manager

Main Responsibilities:
- Have a strategy to lead and develop a branch in accordance with the mission and goals towards achieving the growth and branch target
- Able to attract and retain potential customers and contribute to the growth of the branch portfolio
- Monitor and evaluate the implementation of employee appraisal, feedback, coaching, training, planning and career development and performance based on the award has been given, to ensure understanding and career development of employees who carried out according to standard bank services
- Ensure the implementation of the sales process including the acquisition and development of good relations with customers, cross selling products and improve service to customers
- Supervise the activities of the branch and branch performance reports periodically
- Ensure all procedures at the branch has been implemented properly to meet the audit standards and keep the Bank of losses
- Attention to all operational risks and handling in a timely manner
- Minimum Bachelor Degree from reputable university
- Have a minimum of 3 years experience in branch management or team leader
- Have a good knowledge of branch operations neighbor
- Having good knowledge of various banking products
- Understanding of risk management and banking industry in general
- Have the ability to lead the team well
- Have skills in network expansion
- Interpersonal skills and good communication
