PT Bank Commonwealth ("Commonwealth Bank") is a subsidiary of Commonwealth Bank of Australia ("CBA"). CBA initially present in Indonesia by opening a Representative Office in 1990.

Collection & Recovery Head - West Region

Main Responsibilities:

• Responsible for managing a portfolio of delinquent and non-current assets
• Manage the assets of its implementation to realization
• Reducing state loss and reduces potential losses for banks
• Provide training and mentoring to the Collection and Recovery teams

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree majoring in Finance or Banking
• Have a minimum of 5-6 years experience in banking litigation and / or experience in a law firm with capabilities in both the debt recovery
• Have experience in managing credit settlement with knowledge in the process of realization and knowledge relating to legislation
• Have knowledge and / or experience of banking products, systems and processes
• Have experience in commercial debt recovery and / or corporate
• Have a good background in terms of debt recovery management
• Good knowledge in litigation management in banking institutions and has strong ability in representing the bank's legal standing
• Communication skills and interpersonal skills
• Have a good financial analysis skills
• Have effective negotiation skills and dispute resolution skills with the ability to manage risk in a commercial environment and / or corporate
• Computer literate, have high integrity, focusing on the risks and pay attention to detail
• Have good English language skills, oral and written
